Welcome to the Saginaw Arts & Enrichment Commission

Located in the award-winning Andersen Enrichment Center, the Saginaw Arts and Enrichment Commission was established in 1986 with a clear and compelling mission: to enhance lives, broaden perspectives, and weave the arts into the cultural fabric of our community. Through visionary leadership, education, advocacy, and funding, the Commission fosters, supports, and promotes artists and arts organizations throughout Saginaw County and the surrounding area.

We offer exhibit space for local artists and host seasonal art fairs in both summer and winter. Our commitment to collaboration is evident through initiatives such as the Arts Round Table, a monthly newsletter, and an active social media presence via Arts Saginaw on Facebook and Instagram. Our youth outreach initiatives bring creativity to urban youth centers, while Saginaw Celebrates Summer draws thousands to the city for a wide array of artistic and cultural experiences.

Understanding that a community that values and supports the arts empowers its citizens to think creatively, work innovatively, and live vibrantly, the Arts Commission is dedicated to cultivating an environment where the arts flourish and inspire.
